Completed as the cornerstone of HealthCity Novena's first development phase, 1 Tan Tock Seng Link houses the 17-storey TTSH Integrated Care Hub, a 608-bed facility that officially opened in March 2024. Health Minister Ong Ye Kung presided over the ceremony for a building designed to bridge acute hospital care with community-based rehabilitation and palliative services.\n\nThe Integrated Care Hub brings together TTSH Rehabilitation Centre and Dover Park Hospice under one roof, creating Singapore's most comprehensive inpatient recovery facility. The rehabilitation centre treats patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, complex stroke, and limb loss, while Dover Park Hospice expanded from 50 to 70 beds following its October 2023 relocation from Jalan Tan Tock Seng. The hospice occupies three dedicated storeys with purpose-built facilities that reflect decades of palliative care expertise.\n\nThis consolidation marks a shift in healthcare infrastructure planning, where recovery services no longer exist as scattered outpatient clinics but operate within integrated complexes. The model aims to streamline patient transitions from intensive treatment to rehabilitation, reducing fragmentation that previously complicated discharge planning.
