Halal Food in CapitaSpring
CapitaSpring rises 280 metres above 88 Market Street as one of Singapore's tallest buildings and the only new Grade A office development completed in Raffles Place's Central Business District in 2021. Designed by architectural firm BIG and Carlo Ratti, this 51-storey integrated tower received its Temporary Occupation Permit in late 2021, immediately becoming a landmark in the financial district's skyline. The building houses 673,000 square feet of office and retail space, along with the 299-unit Citadines Raffles Place serviced residence and a hawker centre. At level 51, Singapore's tallest urban farm operates in partnership with Edible Garden City, while the publicly accessible observatory deck offers panoramic views across the city. The Green Oasis at 100 metres features a jungle gym, treetop cocoons, sky hammocks, and a cafe, all accessible via a spiral stairway. Direct sheltered access to Raffles Place MRT ensures seamless connectivity for the thousands who work and live in the building. CapitaSpring earned the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award, reflecting Singapore's commitment to sustainable high-rise development. The building represents the evolution of CBD architecture, where commercial imperatives meet public amenity and environmental responsibility.
