Located at 1 Pasir Ris Central Street 3 near Pasir Ris MRT station and Pasir Ris Bus Interchange, this five-storey mall underwent significant renovations in 2014 and reopened in May 2016 with a refreshed tenant mix, redesigned interior layout, and an enhanced blue facade. The mall's main tenants reflect its role as a community-focused shopping destination, anchored by NTUC FairPrice supermarket, McDonald's, Cookhouse by Koufu food court, Pasir Ris Public Library, and Popular Bookstore. An interesting characteristic of White Sands is its role as a regular gathering spot for conscripted soldiers, owing to its proximity to Pasir Ris Bus Interchange where servicemen are dropped off from army camps on Pulau Tekong.
