Waiting time was more than 30 minutes, likely due to many Grab orders. While waiting long is understandable, the food arrived super cold. The chicken wasn't crispy, and the cheese sticks were also cold and rubbery. The taste was a bit different too; I ordered soy garlic but it tasted quite sweet. The chicken was cold and soggy.

I waited for my food for about 45 minutes. The order screen is quite confusing. The shop was crowded due to some event. I don't understand why event food is prioritized over other customers. Photographers and staff were standing very close to me, infringing on my personal space. The photographers were also hogging tables during peak hour, seemingly just to take photos without regard for other patrons. I felt claustrophobic. Some of the food items didn't appear on the QR code, yet the event attendees received them. Is this how you treat your customers fairly?

Ordered through Grabfood. The 16-piece winglets were nicely fried and seasoned with their signature spices. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with the Loaded Cheese fries and the 6-piece Boneless chicken combo. The amount of cheese was abysmally depressing, the fries were soggy and unsalted, the "load" was just overfried chicken batter, and the boneless chicken pieces didn't have much meat, being 80% batter and smaller than a finger, lol. The only thing worth ordering are the winglets.

They were so addictive that I wanted to keep munching even though I was very full! I also didn't know they had maki – it was so delicious!
