Easily the best Nasi Lemak in Old Airport Road. People might miss it as it's tucked away at the back of the hawker centre. The solid, fragrant rice and chicken wing are the stars. It's slightly pricier than other stalls around, but worth it.

Recently rebranded as 786 Nasi Lemak, the price has increased slightly, but at $4.00 for a full chicken thigh set, it's still affordable and they accept CDC vouchers.
Not sure why no blogger lists it, but this is one of the best Nasi Lemak in Singapore. Love the rendang chicken; it's a little unusual but highly recommended.

**A Hidden Gem for Nasi Lemak Lovers – 786 Nasi Lemak Fusion**
If you’re looking for an unforgettable nasi lemak experience, look no further than 786 Nasi Lemak Fusion. I recently visited, and I must say, it was one of the best nasi lemak meals I’ve ever had. The star of the show was their nasi lemak chicken and the accompanying chili sambal; both were simply outstanding.
First, the nasi lemak chicken was incredibly flavorful. It was perfectly marinated with a fragrant blend of spices that penetrated deep into the meat, not just on the surface like many places. The chicken was juicy and tender on the inside with delightfully crispy and well-seasoned skin on the outside. Every bite was bursting with rich, savory goodness that paired perfectly with the fluffy, aromatic coconut rice.
Speaking of the rice, it was cooked to perfection – light, fluffy, and with just the right amount of creamy coconut fragrance. It wasn’t overly oily or clumpy, and it complemented the chicken beautifully, making each mouthful a comforting and satisfying delight.
But what truly stole the show for me was the chilli sambal. It had an amazing balance of heat and sweetness, with a depth of flavor that’s hard to find elsewhere. The sambal wasn’t just spicy for the sake of it – you could taste the complexity of the chilies, onions, and subtle hints of belacan, which gave it an authentic, robust flavor. It elevated the entire dish and had me going back for more.
The portion size was generous, and the dish came beautifully plated, showing the care and pride the chefs put into their food. Service was also warm and welcoming, with staff happy to explain the different elements of their fusion take on nasi lemak.
I also loved how 786 Nasi Lemak Fusion strikes a perfect balance between traditional flavors and modern presentation, making it a must-try spot whether you’re a nasi lemak purist or just someone who loves great food. Their dedication to quality ingredients and authentic taste really shines through.
Overall, I’d give 786 Nasi Lemak Fusion a solid **5 out of 5 stars**. If you haven’t tried their nasi lemak chicken and chili sambal yet, you’re missing out on one of the best nasi lemak experiences in town. Highly recommended!

This is honestly one of the best nasi lemak I’ve had in a long time. The flavours are super rich, and everything just comes together so well. The sambal is spicy and really hits the spot. You can tell a lot of effort went into making it. The portion size is also very generous, definitely worth the price. I’ll for sure be coming back regularly.

This is perfect nasi lemak, the kind I would like to eat almost every day. The rice is very coconutty, the sambal pleasantly burns my mouth, the nuts and anchovies are crunchy, the cucumber is refreshing, the egg is enriching, and various types of aromatic meat additions fit perfectly into the whole. It's delicious, and I recommend it to anyone visiting this area.
