Adam Road Mee Soto operates as a halal, Muslim-owned restaurant at CIMB Plaza, located at 30 Raffles Place #B1-08/09, bringing authentic Malay cuisine to Singapore's central business district. This establishment opened on October 13, 2022, when the founders recognized a significant gap in halal Malay food options available to the working professionals in Raffles Place. Operating Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, the restaurant caters specifically to the breakfast and lunch needs of office workers seeking authentic halal meals during business hours.

The restaurant draws its heritage from the legendary Selamat Datang Warong Pak Sapari at Adam Road Food Centre, which has been serving exceptional mee soto since 1974, ensuring nearly five decades of refined recipes and cooking expertise. Their menu extends beyond their signature mee soto to include Nasi Lemak Chicken Wing sets (.80), various fried noodle dishes like Mee Goreng, Laksa Goreng, and Mee Siam Goreng (-.90), traditional snacks including Goreng Pisang () and Curry Puff (.50), and an assortment of kuih (). Customer reviews consistently praise their mee soto as among the best in Singapore, highlighting the flavorful yet balanced broth that avoids excessive saltiness while delivering authentic Malay comfort food experiences.

Adam Road Mee Soto's strategic location in Raffles Place addresses a crucial need in Singapore's financial district, where halal dining options have historically been limited despite the area's large Muslim workforce and visitor population. The restaurant typically maintains shorter queues compared to its famous Adam Road counterpart, though seating is more limited, making it ideal for quick, quality meals during busy workdays. The establishment's success demonstrates the strong demand for authentic, affordable halal cuisine in commercial areas, while its friendly staff and commitment to traditional recipes ensure that the rich culinary heritage of Malay cuisine continues to thrive in Singapore's modern business environment.

The food is really good, but please do something about the cleanliness. Small cockroaches can be seen on the floor of the sitting area while people are dining. I've observed this on two separate occasions. I will have to stop coming here, even though the food is top quality and authentic Malay cuisine is hard to find in this town.

I love the original Adam Road mee soto, so I was very excited to see the sign when I was exploring the basement. Unfortunately, this is not that. Perhaps it's a franchise? For $5.80, you get a very sad-looking bowl without any celery garnish, which you usually would. The soup isn't as tasty or deep. If you don't add chili ketchup, you won't taste much. The chicken tastes like it's been boiling in the soup for a very long time. The people are nice, so I hope this is a one-off and that they improve in the future.

One of the few halal/Muslim-owned shops open on a Saturday morning in the CBD. Glad to have stumbled upon this little shop in the corner on B2 of the CIMB building, serving very homely mee soto. I had the bee hoon soto with begedil and teh o limau. For less than $10 per pax, I think it's quite a steal for a meal in the CBD. They are open until 1pm on Saturdays.

Ordered the Mee Soto during a busy lunch hour and was amazed at how organised the service crew was! The Mee Soto was not overly salty, the stock was flavourful, and the portion of noodles to stock was just great. The bergedil was packed with the soup, so it definitely does not travel well. No added service charge too! Excited to return to try more dishes.

Really delicious mee soto & fried chicken. The ayam goreng is super tasty and doesn't feel too oily, even though it holds its crispness well! The queue moves fast during lunch hour, and you can pre-order for pick-up too!

Great to have another outlet to get the best mee soto in Singapore! The queue is usually shorter than the Adam Road outlet, but seating is more limited. The staff is very friendly and they remembered the particulars of my usual order after only a few visits.
