the nasi lemak is not lemaking. the rice was bland, no flavour no aroma. the anchovies masin sangat.
The nasi lemak was not up to par. The rice was bland, lacking flavour and aroma. The anchovies were very salty. The sambal was okay, as it was sweet rather than spicy. However, it might be a disappointment for those who prefer it spicy.
The otah from the fish fillet set tasted odd, as if it was about to turn bad (I ate it immediately after purchasing and going home). The beef rendang set was also a disappointment; the meat was very tough and the rendang itself was not flavourful.
I saw a comment stating this stall's nasi lemak is better than Crave's. While Crave is not my favourite nasi lemak place, I personally believe that Crave's nasi lemak and otak otak are much better.

The nasi lemak uses basmati rice, which tastes good on its own, but it lacks the fragrant aroma from cooking with coconut milk. The chili is okay, a bit sweet rather than spicy. The beef rendang was a bit of a letdown; it was well-cooked and the sauce was acceptable, except it tasted like it had been refrigerated overnight. The fried chicken is not bad, and the otah is decent.

A new stall in the highly competitive Eunos market, which has a dozen stalls selling similar items. I ordered the signature ayam bakar set. The rice is fragrant enough, and I like that the anchovies are very crispy. The chilli isn't very spicy but comes in a generous portion. What's not so generous, however, is the ayam bakar, which I feel is modest in size. Nevertheless, the paste goes very well with the tender chicken thigh. For $7.50, it seems pricier than its neighbours with similar offerings.

The shop owners serve us generous portions. I love the combination of ayam bakar (grilled chicken) and basmati rice. The rice was fluffy and just right. The char on the chicken brings out the aroma and flavour even more. For the portion, it is worth the value and will keep you full for a good 4-5 hours. Best ayam bakar in town! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Standard food centre atmosphere, so don't overthink it! But as with all hawker fare, it's the food! Oh, and the price too, alamak! For $3.50 mee siam, $4 lontong, and basic nasi lemak at $3.00, absolutely no complaints. The rice is aromatic, the chilli is nasi lemak sweet, and the peanuts and ikan bilis are crispy but not burnt. Served with cucumber. Good old days tradition! Winner, 5 stars! #comeagain

After eating this on a random weekday lunch, this is now my favourite nasi lemak stall in this food centre. Everything on the plate is so enjoyable - the aromatic and piping hot basmati rice, the savoury sweet chilli, the fried chicken with a nice crisp and yet not heavy from the batter, and the otah. A place worth trying.

Enjoyed the Nasi Lemak very much. The stall uses Basmati rice, which is fluffy and fragrant. The quarter chicken leg is huge, and at $6.50, it's really value for money. The sambal is not too spicy but tasty, and when mixed with the rice, it's a great combination. I would advise coming early, as the stall owners mentioned that the rendang is normally sold out during lunch hours. I would come again to try the rendang set and other dishes.
