Ordered chicken chop takeaway. Staff attitude was very bad. The mushroom sauce was very, very little, looking like only half a scoop, not enough to cover the whole chicken. Coleslaw was also half a scoop, and only 2 packets of chilli. The most petty western food ever... if I could give minus stars, I definitely would.

I always come to this shop, but the two staff members were super rude. Just now, one of them gave me the food like she was unhappy. What kind of service is this? Passing me the food and throwing it at the table like she was unhappy. The food is nice, but with this kind of staff, I can only give 0 stars.

I ordered 3 Happiness Burgers, but they became Sadness Burgers. My burger did not have any lettuce and cheese sauce, unlike the picture advertised on Foodpanda for Bowl & Grill at Makan Jurong Point.

The food tasted so bad. Everything was over-fried. There was a long waiting time. I seldom give poor reviews, but this was so bad.

Excellent food that is tasty and well worth the price. I'm not sure why people have negative reviews about the food or staff. If you have any supper cravings, this is the place to go.
