Bought Chicken Briyani and Kari Daging Briyani at CelebFest. The rice was dry and bland. Even after mixing it with the kari daging gravy, it seemed to lack the distinct aroma and fragrance of briyani. The staff serving us were also quite rude, but I'll overlook it, assuming she was tired from work.

Recently, I tried their Lamb Shank Briyani for breakfast. The taste was not bad, but I'm unsure about its preparation. I experienced gas, stomach trouble, and diarrhea afterward. My partner and I both got diarrhea after eating their lamb shank. To be more specific, when going to the toilet, there was a strong smell of the lamb shank.

The seller was at a bazaar at Suntec. I bought a mutton briyani for $8. When I brought it home, I was disappointed to find the rice was semi-hard and uncooked throughout. I was informed they had an electrical fault, which caused the rice to be like that. No service recovery or compensation was offered. I wonder if they tasted the dish before selling it. A really disappointing experience, and luckily I didn't opt for the more expensive sets.

I got the lamb chop briyani, which is the closest thing to mutton briyani they offer. I was expecting a large piece of meat with a significant portion of bone, but it turned out the bone was only about 10% of it, and the meat was fall-off-the-bone tender. The rice could have been more flavourful, as I found myself needing to pour gravy over it to make it palatable.

The Briyani Ayam sambal has a new twist, coming with acar, papadum, and kari, but it's flavourful. I like it a lot. Can come again and try the mutton as it was sold out.
