Burgernomics made waves in Singapore's halal burger scene as a Muslim-owned stall that brought gourmet burger concepts to the accessible setting of Pasir Ris Central Hawker Centre. Founded by three friends with a combined 17 years of F&B experience, the establishment challenged the notion that quality burgers required high prices or fancy restaurant settings.

The menu at Burgernomics showcased creative Asian fusion burgers that set them apart from generic fast food joints. Their signature Rendang Burger became legendary among fans—featuring Australian brisket seared and slow-cooked for 48 hours until tender, then shredded and layered into a burger with their house-made rendang that delivered authentic spice-forward flavours. The Deluxe Burger emerged as their top seller, stacked with beef patty, sautéed mushrooms and onions, double cheddar cheese, and truffle aioli that elevated it beyond typical hawker fare. For those preferring poultry, the Crispy Chicken Burger featured buttermilk fried chicken topped with refreshing apple and red cabbage slaw.

Beyond burgers, Burgernomics offered indulgent sides like chilli cheesy beef fries and wings with fries, all priced under six dollars. This commitment to affordability—with burgers ranging from .50 to .50—made quality eating accessible to students, families, and burger enthusiasts who appreciated value without compromising taste.

The stall operated on the second floor of the hawker centre, serving lunch and dinner crowds while maintaining full halal certification for Muslim diners. The Instagram-worthy presentations and bold flavour combinations earned them a dedicated following in the eastern heartlands.
