Expected the lava cake ice cream to be a bit more round and full instead of a small lump as seen in

I expected the lava cake ice cream to be a bit more round and full, instead of a small lump as seen in the pictures. The waffle was overcooked and had a burnt taste, though its color was great. I think the staff could be more welcoming, warm, and proactive towards customers who are standing and waiting to be noticed. The seats weren't uncomfortable, and understandably, it's a small space, but they were too small. The backrest was wobbly and very upright, making me feel like I had to keep my back straight and my butt against the back of the seat throughout just to stay on it.

Worse waffles I’ve eaten in a while. The waffles were burnt and did not taste good. The salted Mister Brown ice cream tasted icy. The more I ate it, the worse I thought it was. The waffles were burnt, and the marshmallow tasted sour. Oh my goodness, such a waste of money! They didn't look burnt but tasted very burnt.

An eye-boggling selection of ice cream flavors to choose from. Unfortunately, it tasted very ordinary to me, with large ice crystals, low fat, and high overrun. The house-made waffle mix was bland and lightly battered. It was the bunch of young, polite staffers that made it a pleasant visit.

The flavors are good, although the ice cream is more watery or icy than creamy. The sorbets, as seen, are already pooling liquid in their containers. I would like to try other menu options, especially the waffles, as they have an irresistible smell.

A family-friendly ice cream and waffle place. The space is bright and spacious. The ice cream itself is average, but served with warm waffles, they tasted good. I particularly enjoyed the walnut whisky flavour. The lemon pistachio was a letdown, as the lemon taste overpowered the pistachio.

Our go-to spot for ice cream, thanks to their ever-creative and delicious flavours. We especially love that they have the junior scoop option—great for a sweet treat without breaking the bank and also, health-wise, a less guilty option. It's a pity they've had to move from their previous, more spacious location at Chip Bee Gardens to a much smaller unit at Raffles Holland V Mall. The new cramped space often has fully occupied tables, making it less ideal for leisurely hangouts. Additionally, they've discontinued offering complimentary drinking water, which was a considerate touch in the past. Despite these changes, the quality of their ice cream remains top-notch. If you're in the area and craving ice cream, it's still worth a visit—just be prepared for limited seating and bring your own water if needed.

I had the classic waffle with cashew caramel ice cream. The waffle by itself was soft, rather eggy. By itself, it wasn't my preference as I prefer crispy waffles. Perhaps I should have gotten the churro waffle instead. The ice cream was alright; the flavour wasn't super noticeable. It spreads and cuts easily, allowing you to enjoy the ice cream and waffle separately (not ice cream *with* waffle!). The chocolate syrup was a good addition. Altogether, everything balanced each other out. The waffle was a great base for the ice cream, not distracting from it too much, and the chocolate provided some extra kick. TL;DR: It looks great, tastes alright. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to have this again, but it's certainly worth stopping by if you're around Holland Village.

Our favourite go-to dessert shop! Decent selection of ice cream, coupled with crispy waffles, fragrant cones, or warm and fudgy brownies – it’s a no-brainer! It always commands a long queue, especially after dinner, so do not expect to chill in the cafe during peak hours – be considerate! It is also less pricey than the average cafe, with a waffle and 2 scoops of ice cream costing ~$11. Definitely visit their various outlets across the island!

The shop is located at the back of the road, making it less visible from the main Holland Avenue. However, loads of people love this shop. There are many flavours available for ice cream, cones, or cups. The service is fast and efficient. The ice cream flavours are unique and taste wonderful!

One of our all-time favourite places for ice cream, and has been for over a decade. Happiness hits you instantly once you step into this bright and cheery cafe. Their ice cream flavours are frequently refreshed, and are super delicious and innovative. Highly recommend salted mister brown and all their alcoholic flavours (they don’t scrimp on the alcohol). I love that they have a “junior’s own” size for those days when I have a sweet tooth to satisfy but am too full from a meal.
