I'd like to comment on the ongoing 3-plus-1 promotion. While I appreciate the offer, I don't think it was entirely fair to apply the 'free' item to the cheapest-priced person. Let me explain: we had 4 adults and 2 children. With the 3-plus-1 deal (buy 3, get 1 free), the free item was applied to one of the children. However, if we had come as 4 adults, it would have been applied to one adult. This doesn't seem fair, especially since in my case, we were already paying for two additional customers.

The price is good, and the place is cool for a hangout. Their service is awesome, truly! We had an incident at the restaurant. Another group of customers was sitting beside our table, and their table was quite close to ours. Often, after they finished their food, they would put their empty plates on our table. Thankfully, the restaurant staff noticed this and removed the plates very quickly. They even apologized for the inconvenience, although it was definitely not their fault. It made our day. Amazing! We'll definitely come back again.

Captain Kim Korean BBQ & Hotpot exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance is lively yet comfortable, perfect for a casual dinner with friends or family.
The buffet selection is incredible — a great variety of marinated meats, fresh vegetables, seafood, and sides. Everything was well-stocked and clean, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. The marinated beef bulgogi and spicy pork were especially flavorful, and the dipping sauces added the perfect touch.
The hotpot section was just as impressive. Multiple soup base options and a wide assortment of fresh add-ins made it easy to customize your pot exactly how you like it. The spicy mala broth was my personal favorite — full of flavor with just the right kick.
What really sets Captain Kim apart is the value for money. Unlimited BBQ and hotpot at a very reasonable price, especially considering the freshness and variety. Plus, it’s great fun to grill and cook at your table!
