Chachako

Chachako was a casual dining restaurant at Jurong Point that brought grilled Western cuisine with an Asian fusion twist to the western suburbs of Singapore. Operating under the Revenue Valley Group - which also manages established brands like The Manhattan Fish Market, Tony Roma's, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chachako carved its niche by serving hearty grilled food without service charge, pork, or lard, making it accessible to a wider audience.

Located at 1 Jurong West Central 2 in Jurong Point, the restaurant created a distinctive Los Angeles streetside ambience complete with a life-sized Volkswagen hippie van at the storefront and an eye-catching graffiti wall. The menu featured affordable lunch sets starting from twelve dollars ninety, with highlights including the Black Angus Ribeye Set at seventeen dollars ninety and their signature Tom Yum Curry Salmon at the same price point.

Chachako also gained attention for their Fantastic Toasties - cheese-filled toasted paninis available in Sugar and Cheese or Kaya and Cheese variations, served with coffee or tea for just five dollars. The restaurant's casual atmosphere and wallet-friendly pricing made it popular among Jurong residents and shoppers, though it has since permanently closed its doors at the Jurong Point location.
