This was the worst possible experience ever. We ordered 20 boxes of churros with the expectation that they would be delivered as shown on the website. The order was for an event, and we were swayed by the website's presentation, which led us to place the order. When the churros were delivered, they were not in the boxes shown on the website but instead came in small takeaway paper bags within a large plastic bag. We were unable to display them at the event because the presentation was unacceptable. I received a reply the next day stating they had run out of boxes due to shipment delays. While I can accept a shipment delay, the fact that they did not inform me prior to delivery meant I couldn't make an informed decision. I could have requested a larger box to hold the churros or found other display alternatives. What truly disappointed me was that they still had the audacity to ask me to share my preferred packaging style for future orders! What is shown on the website should be delivered as depicted, unless otherwise stated. They still expect me to place orders with them and tell them how to package items to my liking? It's simply a joke, and the churros were definitely not tasty. Disgusted by their service and handling of the issue.
