There was no sweet aroma of cinnamon or baking in the air that brought me to Cinnabon. I tried the Mini Classic at $4.20. The roll was warm and the cream cheese topping had melted, blending well with the cinnamon. I found the dough too hard; it could have been softer. The gooey "sauce" at the base of the roll tasted "chemical," which I did not like. Plastic cutlery is provided if you wish to eat your roll while it is still warm. Seatings are available.

Finally got a chance to try this! The wait wasn’t long, and the service crew was friendly and patient while I made my selection. The texture was a bit denser than I prefer, but overall, it was still pretty good.

I was at Jewel Changi and went to get a Cinnabon while totally frazzled by the children. One of the employees asked me if I wanted it reheated, and I said yes. After I agreed, a Chinese employee told me I had to eat it within 15 minutes if they heated it up. I asked why, and she said because they cannot reheat it later. When I asked why it couldn't be reheated later, she said it would be dry, which I think is ultimately a bald-faced lie. I suspect she was too lazy to reheat the Cinnabon, especially with the long queue behind me. I went home and reheated it myself, but unfortunately, I couldn't eat it in the car.
