Came here last night around 11pm and was greeted with courtesy. First, I was asked if I had a reservation; I didn't realize this place is better off with one. Secondly, they still gave us a seat with a 1-hour dining time, which wasn't bad. The pricing for drinks and dessert, I'd say, is neither cheap nor very expensive. Taste-wise, it was okay, nothing extraordinary. Parking is easy and a 1-minute walk to the location.

I brought my family to Citrus before they left for Dubai the next day, as they lived there. We almost got disappointed for not having any seats due to a full house when we turned up around 9 pm. But, the ops manager Mike called us back when we were almost walking to the car park and asked if we were okay with sofa seats. We immediately said yes!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere of the cafe set the tone for an unforgettable night. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and just the right lighting to create a comfortable, elegant setting.
But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Mike went above and beyond and was incredibly accommodating with special requests. It felt like they truly cared about making our experience special.
This place is a gem—whether you’re celebrating something special or just want a great meal out, I highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Mike, for your exceptional customer service. He would go ahead and check on every customer, which not all cafes do!

Checked out Citrus By The Pool near Woodlands and wah, it was really not bad! We tried quite a few popular items. The Chicken & Waffles was crispy, buttery and shiok, especially with the syrup. The Seabass with Thai Chilli Sauce had that spicy kick, was super flavourful & the fish was really crispy too. Also had the Grilled Chicken Aglio Olio, simple but tasty, and not dry at all. The Snack Attack Platter was solid too, with fish tenders, sweet potato fries, and spicy midwings. Good for sharing! Their milkshakes were super thick and creamy, plus quite Instagrammable. The kids were sure happy. A nice halal spot with chill vibes and friendly service. Will come back again for sure!
