Coffee Bee by the coffee lab #5 represents the pinnacle of specialty coffee excellence in Singapore's CBD, located at 11 Collyer Quay within The Arcade, just four minutes from Raffles City MRT Station. This innovative coffee shop maintains unwavering commitment to three core principles: quality, techniques, and freshness, sourcing premium beans from reputable suppliers and employing an in-house Taiwanese roaster with nearly 30 years of expertise.

The cafe's distinctive menu showcases creative specialty drinks including their popular osmanthus latte that perfectly balances floral sweetness with bold espresso, limited-time offerings like unique coriander coffee, and signature combinations such as freshly squeezed orange with espresso and Taiwanese premium tea with espresso. Coffee enthusiasts can choose between Dark Magic house blend featuring chocolate and nutty notes, or Fruity Delight single-origin with chocolatey undertones and fruity accents.

Operating Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturdays until 2pm, Coffee Bee occupies a charming corner kiosk in one of CBD's quainter malls, providing a refreshing alternative to mainstream coffee chains. The establishment's dedication to meticulous roasting techniques and innovative flavor combinations has positioned it as a must-visit destination for discerning coffee lovers seeking authentic specialty coffee experiences in Singapore's bustling financial district.

Was at the Science Centre for work and popped by this cafe for a quick meal. The staff were very friendly and service was prompt. I opted to swap the fries for rice as I wasn't a huge fan of fries. The fish was huge, piping hot, and thinly coated but still crispy. The fish was fresh and did not smell fishy; it was flaky and well-cooked. The coleslaw helped to cut through the meal as it was refreshingly light and slightly tangy. My only gripe is the portion size and price. They had mistakenly served me fries, and it was a small, sad pile. For $9.80, it was a bit overpriced.

Ordered spaghetti and kaya toast set; this is an insult to both Singaporeans and Italians. The eggs are also an insult to the chickens who laid them. My wallet suffered as well.

Not recommended. If possible, go outside the Science Centre and have a decent meal at the main entrance, Stellar Kitchen Bar. After scrolling further down the reviews, I understand why I experienced bad customer service. Of course, such reviews do not improve this place. 1. Food and drinks are expensive. 2. Customer service was kind of rude. 3. The dining area had birds eating leftover food.

The ladies running the cafe don't seem very serious about the business. My Kopi C Kosong was so watery! The toast bread was soggy! They should bring in reputed local brands like Toast Box or Killiney here, as this is a tourist attraction.

We ordered the black pepper chicken ($15.50), fish and chips ($16.50), kids meal hotdog & veg noodle ($7.80). The food was old and seemed to have been fried beforehand and then microwaved when we ordered. The fries were old and dry. The veg noodles had lettuce, tomatoes, and only two pieces of snow peas. It was tasteless. For the price we paid, it was not worth it at all.

The food was generally good. I ordered the chicken porridge for $7, which came with a free lime juice. The porridge was tasty, especially with the fried onions on top and the chunks of chicken inside. The portion was sufficient for one person, although I would say that the price is not the most reasonable. The service and atmosphere are average. There are a few tables and chairs here for dining, but it's outdoors so it can get a bit hot.

Coffee Bee is an efficient way to feed hungry children when you plan to spend the whole day at the Singapore Science Centre. We had the curry chicken, chicken cutlet, and fish & chips. The set includes any drink from the fridge. The environment isn't great hygiene-wise, but there's a sink nearby to wash your hands. The price seems expensive at first, but I think it's fair for the dishes I ordered because the portions are decent, and the food was hot and tasty. The children finished their food, and that to me is a win. The service is okay; I wasn't yelled at or given an impatient look, so that's good too.

There is only one restaurant inside Science Centre Singapore, so there's no choice for lunch. It's quite pricey compared to outside options, and the queue was a bit long during lunchtime. The menu seemed to only offer set meals. I bought fish and chips, chicken, and ramen. The Western food was decent, and the tartar sauce was good.

Situated inside the Science Centre, just next to the fire tornado exhibit. It's convenient for a quick snack when the kids are hungry. The food isn't spectacular, but it's good enough. I suggest opting for the 'hard to go wrong' items like fries, nuggets, and hot dog buns. You might need to wait a bit for the food to be ready, especially on weekends.

Ordered the mee siam and the sotong balls. Both were tasty and arrived very fast. Unfortunately, the environment can be very noisy because the location is very echoey. Also, it’s self-tray return, so the only available table was a bit dirty. Furthermore, when I asked the cleaning lady to please wipe it for me, she pointed to the cleaning rug on her trolley, implying that I had to wipe it myself. Like I'm going to handle her grimy wiping cloth...
