D'Authentic Mee Rebus stands as a treasured halal stall within the bustling Marine Parade Central Market & Food Centre, specializing in one of Singapore's most beloved noodle dishes. Located at 84 Marine Parade Central, this authentic establishment has earned recognition for serving exceptional mee rebus that captures the true essence of this traditional Malay dish. The stall's commitment to authenticity is evident in every bowl, featuring yellow noodles and bean sprouts swimming in a rich, flavorful sauce that perfectly balances spicy and savory notes with distinctive peanut undertones.
The signature mee rebus at D'Authentic features perfectly cooked yellow noodles served with crisp bean sprouts, topped with a boiled egg and golden fried tofu cubes. The star of the dish is undoubtedly the sauce - a carefully crafted blend that delivers robust flavors with just the right amount of heat, enhanced by the natural sweetness of peanuts. Each bowl is garnished with crispy fried shallots, fresh chopped green chili, and aromatic parsley, while a dash of green lime adds the perfect acidic note to brighten the entire dish. The recommended begedil (potato patty) serves as an excellent add-on, featuring soft, flavorful potato filling encased in a crispy egg coating.
As part of the D'Authentic brand that also operates a popular nasi lemak stall in the same food centre, this mee rebus specialist has built a reputation for consistency and quality among the diverse food offerings at Marine Parade Central. The stall's halal certification ensures that Muslim diners can enjoy authentic local flavors with complete confidence. The authentic preparation methods and generous use of traditional ingredients have made D'Authentic Mee Rebus a must-visit destination for both locals and food enthusiasts seeking genuine Singaporean hawker fare in the heart of the Marine Parade community.

This is so disappointing!
Their other stall is famous for nasi lemak, and I was thinking that with them opening a mee rebus stall, it must be using some wonderful "secret recipe" for mee rebus.
Alas, the gravy is mainly just tau cheow and tastes one-dimensional – salty. There are so many other ingredients that they forgot to add or did not add enough of.

Very polite and helpful staff at the stall. The young man even offered to squeeze the lime for you – 5-star service! Overall, the mee rebus tasted average. It had a lot of fermented beans, which overpowered the whole dish with saltiness. If you're not a fan of fermented beans and can tolerate saltiness, you might consider trying this stall.

One of the better mee rebus in Singapore, all for just $4. It has a thick, chunky gravy that’s perfectly flavoured, well-poached noodles, and a begedil for good measure. This stall ONLY sells mee rebus, so you can be sure it’s a solid bowl. A great discovery!

A dish filled with goodness. The rich, fragrant, and delicious gravy perfectly complements the generous serving of yellow noodles. It also includes a whole hard-boiled egg, tau pok (fried beancurd), and bean sprouts for added crunch and textural contrast.
$4 a serving.

Kudos to the guy cooking and making the mee rebus. He has it down to efficiency. The gravy was on the slightly drier side, but still thick enough to adhere to the noodles. The noodles were cooked nicely, and there was still an equal balance of bean sprouts.
