Tasted like expired milk, not like the teh tarik from the coffee shop. The Malay lady wearing a hijab raised her voice, showing a black face and frowning. Please review your products before selling. Teh tarik shouldn't taste like this. Thanks.

I told the lady over there that I wanted the strawberry frost donut, but instead, she reached for the chocolate one. After countless reminders that I wanted strawberry frost, she then joked with her co-worker about me changing my mind. I had told her from the start repeatedly that I wanted strawberry. I was speaking at a normal volume as well. I hope you can do something about this.

Wow... very bad service. They wasted all my coffee by dripping it everywhere and took the wrong order. This is already my second time. If the cashier and service staff want to work, they need to be trained and learn. Wasting time and money here. They don't know how the app works and blame others.

I was thrilled to get Dunkin' Donuts as I had a craving for donuts. However, to my dismay, not only was the food/drink terrible, the service was below average as well. Firstly, the lady didn't know the drink and told me it was coffee (as though I didn't know). Then, when the drink was prepared, she accidentally got some chocolate drizzle on the plastic bag. So, she used a tissue to wipe it off and shoved the used and sticky tissue into the bag. This happened before my eyes, and she didn't even bother to hide it. Secondly, the drink had a syrup that added a bad artificial taste and aftertaste. The donut had the texture of a cake, which is not what I wanted to eat. It was crumbly and dry, which is odd to see from a donut place. The topping just tasted of sweetness without flavour. I don't know what the idea behind this product is. Purchase at your own risk from Dunkin'.

Horrible staff. Not just one, but all three were unenthusiastic and unhelpful, minding their own business instead of tending to customers. One staff member muttered some Malay words to her colleague when I politely requested a plastic bag for my donuts. If you're unhappy to provide them, why have them in the first place? If there's an extra charge, just say so. Absolutely the worst experience from Dunkin'.

Got donuts for $1.50 each during their 10th anniversary promo. Their donuts are so soft and nice. The staff there is also very friendly! Highly recommended!

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude and praise for the exceptional service I received yesterday while waiting for my bus. When I accidentally broke my glass bottle, I was mortified and worried about making a mess. But before I could even process what had happened, Meria, one of your staff members, rushed over from a distance – despite your stall being quite far away – with a broom and pan to help me clean up the mess! What's even more impressive is that she volunteered to help without me even asking, demonstrating a genuine desire to serve and assist. Meria's kindness, quick thinking, and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a minor inconvenience. It's clear that she could have easily chosen to ignore the commotion, but her heart to serve and help others is truly admirable. Please pass along my thanks to Meria for her exceptional service. She is a shining example of excellent customer service and a credit to your team. Keep up the fantastic work, and I look forward to enjoying your delicious donuts again soon!

Got donuts and coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts at AMK today. Despite how busy the stall was, the staff were so friendly and warm! They were very patient with me as I was trying hard to decide what flavours to choose, as there were so many compelling options. Thank you for the great customer service!

It's been too long since I last had this. Decided to get it as there was a great promo with an app. I bought the Earl Grey Mochi Mochi & Ice Chocolate. I didn't know they now had mochi donuts. Taste-wise, it's average as I couldn't really taste much of the Earl Grey, nor could I really taste much of the mochi, though when chewing, you get a faint chewy texture. The Ice Chocolate isn't the ready-made kind. They really put chocolate powder and milk, then manually stirred it. I loved how rich and not too sweet it was.
