I had an extremely bad experience with ecreative cakeshop. My father's birthday cake order went missing when I visited the Jurong Point branch earlier today, July 3rd, for self-pickup. The collection time was supposed to be between 9 am and 12 noon. However, when I arrived slightly after noon, your staff could not locate my order. I waited for almost half an hour as your staff informed me there was a slight delay. To my horror, when a delivery arrived at the shop, it contained someone else's order. Your staff eventually had to tell me that my order was confirmed missing. 🤦♂️ Without any other choice, I had to abandon the cake and asked your staff to process a refund, while I scrambled to find a last-minute replacement. It was a terrible, terrible experience. I don't think I will recommend this shop to anyone who needs a birthday cake on the right date and at the right time. I will be waiting to see how long it takes ecreative to call me to explain this situation.

The staff, with a foreign accent, intentionally slid the door of the bread case while my finger was still at the door. I was shocked and quickly pulled my finger out, but two of my fingers were hurt. Kindly look into the safety of your clients. Thank you. This is my first time purchasing items from your shop, and I will never go back again. I don't understand why that person needed to open the same bread case door as me. No refill was done. Please address this situation. If this was done on purpose, a police report should be lodged for intentional injury without reason.

1. Many decoration paper are bent since I collect. The mermaid cake without mermaid toy like doll. T
1. Many of the decorative papers were bent when I collected the cake. The mermaid cake did not come with a mermaid toy like a doll. It wasn't placed on the cake when it was in the original box. I could have bought one myself and put it on. It's inconvenient for the buyer to wash it before placing it on the cake for hygiene reasons. Furthermore, the decorative papers also didn't stand properly. With this, I could have bought all the decorations online and put them on myself.
2. The cake box doesn't need to be so tall, but they put the cake in a very tall box when the cake itself is of normal height. It's very hard to carry.
3. It was also very difficult to get feedback when I called to confirm.
Overall, I do not recommend this for people who expect a nicely decorated cake with proper customer service.
