Food Lovers Only, commonly known as FLO, was a pioneering halal-certified Korean restaurant founded by singer, actress, and host Candyce Toh that served innovative Korean-Western fusion cuisine at IMM shopping mall in Jurong East before permanently closing in 2020. During its operation from 11 AM to 10 PM daily, FLO distinguished itself as one of Singapore few Korean restaurants that completely avoided pork in their menu, making authentic Korean flavors accessible to Muslim diners and halal-conscious food enthusiasts. The restaurant was helmed by Chef Kim Jin Myeong and operated under the Manuka Group, offering an extensive menu that included all-day breakfasts, sandwiches, and pasta dishes recreated with Korean influences and halal ingredients. Popular menu items included the bestselling Flo Rosti Special with Scrambled Eggs at 16.90 dollars, Chicken Salad Bibimbap at 15.90 dollars, Bulgogi Rice at 16.90 dollars, Bulgogi Pasta at 16.90 dollars, Tom Yam Prawn Pasta, and the indulgent Sweet Divine dessert at 15 dollars featuring freshly baked waffles with mini marshmallows, bean ice cream, maple syrup, and chocolate sauce.
