Small portion, the grilled chicken was overly dry, and there was no sambal on the side for delivery. Also, the delivery order was not complete. The quality has been suffering a lot recently.

The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing service. I stood there for quite a while, hoping someone would approach me or even acknowledge my presence.
While I understand that businesses can have an off day, the lethargy in service was palpable. It made what should have been an enjoyable experience feel more like an inconvenience. I hope the management takes note of this and encourages their team to engage more actively with customers.

I took away this food. I ordered gado-gado with chunky satay. When I got home, there was no satay, even though I paid an extra $1.50 for it. There was also a hair in my gado-gado.

Gado-Gado ketupat (rice cake) tasted strange, wasn't fragrant and lacked the QQ chewiness.
The keropok wasn't viewed as a key complement to the meal; it lacked tastiness and didn't blend well with the food.
Only the ayam penyet had slightly more tender meat. The satay meat was hard and dry, inedible without the satay gravy.
As some reviewers mentioned, without the sambal chilli, it was just plain. Fortunately, during delivery (without having to face the staff), the chilli was sufficiently packed in a little container. However, there should be an option for less spicy chilli.
There was no fragrance in the rice, and the chicken was without flavour – poorly marinated.
