GOSH\! by Seafood Hunter was Singapore's first seafood concept store, created with the mission of making quality seafood accessible and affordable to everyone. Founded by Louis Stan Lee, who owns a fish farm in Malaysia and previously supplied seafood to hotels and caterers, the venture was born from the realization that seafood was often charged at high prices with large profit margins in Singapore.

Located at AMK Hub in Ang Mo Kio, this halal-certified eatery specialized in creative fusion seafood dishes that didn't break the bank. The restaurant gained attention for its impressive menu offerings priced under ten dollars, including breaded oysters at just three dollars eighty for seven pieces, and their signature Mini Lobster Nasi Lemak at nine dollars eighty. Other popular items included snack cups for two dollars fifty featuring mantou, spring rolls, seafood wanton, cheese seafood tofu, and fish balls.

The concept was particularly notable for bringing premium seafood like lobsters and oysters to everyday diners at affordable price points, challenging the conventional pricing structure in Singapore's seafood dining scene. Unfortunately, GOSH\! Inspiring Creations has since permanently closed its doors, marking the end of this innovative halal seafood concept at AMK Hub.
