The nasi goreng ikan bilis arrived as a mountain of rice, likely equivalent to 3 bowls. I was disappointed by its overall colour, which suggested blandness and a lack of other ingredients. The rice wasn't dry enough before frying, resulting in clumpy texture at times and grains that were a bit too soft. The taste was generally average. While there were too few vegetables, the ikan bilis and egg would have been more acceptable had the stall reduced the portion of rice. I would only consider eating it if it cost $3, instead of the $5 the stall charges.
