IndoBowl made history in 2019 as Singapore's first Indomie-focused eatery, transforming the humble instant noodles into restaurant-quality meals at 39 Sultan Gate. Starting as a stall in Petaling Jaya, this Muslim-owned and halal-certified establishment brought family recipes passed down for over 60 years to Singapore, elevating Indonesian instant noodles into a proper dining experience.

The restaurant's signature offering, the IndoMie Mumbo Jumbo priced at forty-nine dollars ninety, serves three to four people and showcases the XXL platter concept featuring meat, seafood, and various toppings. Smaller individual dishes include Indomie Ayam Bakar, Indomie Sate Ayam, and Indomie Ayam Goreng Jawa, all around nine dollars ninety. Each dish comes in two authentic sauce styles - Sambal Balado for hot and spicy lovers, and Sambal Ijo featuring Indonesian-style green chilli paste.

Operating daily from 12pm to 4pm and 5pm to 10pm with last orders at 3.15pm and 9.15pm respectively, IndoBowl served the Sultan Gate area near Arab Street with homestyle Indonesian fare. The concept of upgrading ordinary Indomie into restaurant-quality meals resonated with both nostalgic Indonesians and curious Singaporeans. However, the restaurant may have since closed operations, marking the end of an innovative dining concept that celebrated Indonesia's most iconic instant noodle brand.
