I ordered Yellow Mee with Bakso for takeaway, and it was $5.80, which was quite decent price-wise. However, I was so shocked when I was having my meal. Upon pouring the noodles and ingredients into the soup, I saw only ONE meatball! Please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Bakso the meatball? Additionally, they gave me too little soup, and their service was horrible. The cashier who took my order was so rude; he didn't even say "You're welcome" when I said thank you. He rudely kind of threw the buzzer on the countertop, and the order took too long for just one bowl of bakso. I waited about 15-20 minutes for that single bowl. I will never return here again. Pathetic.

Terrible experience with this Lontong. Just look at the pictures and captions. There was no effort (read lazy) in cooking or preparing the lontong. It was watery, and the tofu was not fried. The flavor was terrible and bland. The only thing I enjoyed was the hard-boiled egg. I could not finish it because it was not edible.

I came all the way from the west to buy the food because I used to buy from here when I worked nearby before. I clearly said chicken bee hoon soup, and he even repeated my order. It turned out when I reached home, it was beef bee hoon soup, and I CAN'T EAT BEEF, just like Malays can't eat pork! Oh my god! I wasted $5.50 just like that. Very disappointed.

The picture shows a traditional tahu goreng, but what I received was a 'fusion sort of tahu goreng'. This was not what I was expecting. The display picture was very misleading. The kacang sauce is more like a Chinese rojak sauce. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

The food is good, and the service is also quick. However, the major problem is finding a suitable place to sit in peace. The Nasi Ayam was okay, and the Tahu Goreng sauce was yummy. Overall, the experience is good. Recommended to try if visiting East Coast Park or the parade area.

The uncle manning the front was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. I bought chicken rice with extra chicken for $5.50; the original price is $3.50. They have other items on the menu too. The chicken is fresh and crispy! Really worth it!

The chicken rice tasted good. There was a long queue during lunch hour and it was crowded. The menu displayed various dishes; I'll probably try them when I'm in the vicinity. The staff were friendly and the queue system was clearly displayed for customers. The food centre is handicap friendly. The environment was clean and windy, with the beach about 1 km away.

Ayam Penyet Obama - $5.5 The smashed fried chicken comes with a generous portion of their sambal chilli, and you get a bowl of warm soto ayam soup to cleanse your palate. They also serve other food options such as Lontong, Mee Goreng, Ayam Bakar, Nasi Ayam Sambal, and more. Definitely worth a try!
