Went with a friend for dinner as she managed to get the 1-for-1 deal. My friend requested to sit at the lower level but was told by Shasa (I'm not sure if I spelled her name correctly), after checking with her manager, that the area was closed, probably because it was a Monday. However, a party of two managed to sit in the lower area.
Was impressed by Mr. Steven. He looked elderly and spoke well and was courteous when clearing our plates. He seemed to be the only staff clearing tables, where occasionally a lady in a red polo would help him. The younger staff seemed to just congregate at the cashier.
It had been raining that day, hence it was very cold in the restaurant. My friend went to get hot water, but unfortunately, the water wasn't hot enough. So, I approached one of the ladies at the cashier counter. She seemed displeased when I asked for assistance.
Anyway, if you were to visit the restaurant and love durian like I do, you MUST try their Durian Pengat. It was fabulous.
Please note that you have to spend $200 to get complimentary parking. We didn't manage to get it as our bill came to only $160+ even after speaking to the manager.

This was my second time staying here. Every morning at breakfast, I love to observe your staff Christina. She is a star. She consistently demonstrates professionalism and reliability in her work, which I think plays an important role in contributing to the overall success of the J65 team. She is ready for a promotion.
As for the food, kudos to the chef. All were pleasant. And at the fresh juice corner, the Malay gentleman with glasses is another one to adore. He consistently provides exceptional service by attentively listening to customers' requests. I praise him for his helpful and friendly demeanor towards customers. "Apple Juice Tarik satuu..!"
I will make a comeback with a longer stay in the end of October '25.

Had a most wonderful dinner at J65! The food was incredibly fresh, and the laksa is definitely a must-try. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. A big thank you to the entire floor team for making our dining experience so enjoyable, especially Ben and Serena, who looked after our table with such friendliness and care.

The staff were attentive, polite, and prompt in their service. Buffet food was topped up efficiently, and dirty plates were cleared spontaneously. I took the Kuey Pietie crusty without the ingredients as I only wanted the crusty part. One of the managers saw it and politely suggested I could add ingredients to make it more savoury.
Good situational awareness and attention to detail. It was a birthday lunch outing for my mum. I casually asked if there was any birthday pastry for celebration, and the staff immediately presented a mini brownie cake for my mum.
Thank you very much indeed for the lovely dining experience. I have dined here a few times and always had a pleasant experience. The food selection is value for money, but the fantastic service is the attribute that makes it a 5-star rating. That explains why the restaurant is fully booked.

The dish selection was aplenty, and we managed to try out most of them. Despite the lobster theme, prime Angus beef was available too. We were served by a very warm and friendly server, Ms Serena Chow, who definitely added value to the whole awesome dining experience! We will definitely come here again.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Serena Chou and Doris Liu, and their customer service was outstanding. Both were exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout the experience. They ensured every detail was taken care of and created a comfortable, pleasant atmosphere. Their genuine approach and positive attitude made a lasting impression.
The food at Jen65 is simply amazing—packed with flavor and beautifully prepared! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and delicious dishes.
