Jack Marzoni's brought an innovative sandwich concept to Kampong Glam when it opened at 7 Jalan Pisang, near Bugis. Founded by brothers Shahrom and Sharizal Misnin and named after their father's nickname, the Muslim-friendly cafe drew inspiration from their mother's homemade sandwiches, transforming that family tradition into a deli serving creative loaded subs under twenty dollars.

The menu featured ten sandwich flavours using ciabatta bread sourced from an external supplier, filled with premium ingredients rarely seen in typical sandwich shops. The best-selling Cheeky Tongue at sixteen dollars ninety cents showcased braised beef tongue and cheek with kombu butter, seared tomatoes, pickled salad, fried shallots, mozzarella, and kerisik cream cheese. Other innovative creations included sandwiches with ayam bakar, duck confit, and various fusion combinations that elevated the humble sandwich into a culinary experience.

Operating Tuesday through Sunday from eleven in the morning until nine at night, the cafe occupied a vibrant spot in the Bugis-Kampong Glam area popular with both locals and tourists. The brothers brought creativity and quality ingredients to the sandwich category, offering halal options that went beyond standard fare. However, Jack Marzoni's has since ceased operations, closing its doors in early 2025. During its run, the deli represented an interesting attempt at elevating casual dining in the halal food scene with creative, high-quality sandwiches.
