The establishment, whose name stands for JT's Singapore Homemade, transformed from its superhero origins into a broader entertainment-themed dining destination that appeals to families and pop culture enthusiasts alike.

Located at Ngee Ann City Tower A in the heart of Orchard Road, the cafe occupied Level 2 at unit 02-13, positioning itself in one of Singapore's premier shopping districts. The menu featured delectable Western, Asian-fusion, and local-inspired fare, with their signature laksa spaghetti drawing particular attention from diners seeking creative fusion dishes. Beyond food, JTSH Cafe retailed merchandise including cartoon and movie character-themed items, clothing, outdoor wear, backpacks, wallets, and caps.

The cafe served burgers, pastas, coffees, and iced beverages, all presented with playful character themes that created an immersive dining experience.
