The food portions are generous, but the service is a bit lacking. While they didn't get orders wrong, some items came incomplete. We had to keep asking and confirming, otherwise, they seemed careless and forgetful. Other than that, the mains were good, and the molten lava cakes were also enjoyable. However, their chocolate waffles (with ice cream and Kit Kat) were a bit disappointing.

The food portions on the menu were smaller compared to the online menu, possibly due to fewer diners during lunchtime. The choices were also limited. The dishes were generally average in taste and could have been better. The seafood mee goreng I ordered was quite similar to what you'd find at an Indian stall, but with a larger portion of yellow noodles and seafood like prawns, sotong (which could have been cooked better and cut more uniformly), and fish slices. The chilli was not evenly spread and not in proportion to the quantity of noodles and ingredients, and there was a lack of adequate vegetables. In short, towards the later afternoon, I experienced slight abdominal pain and took some precautionary measures. The overall experience could have been better if the food had been good enough to compensate for the atmosphere.

The waiters, especially the older Chinese women, are so unfriendly and seem very resentful. I was drinking very little water, so I just refilled a bit into my small bottle. Then, a fierce old Chinese woman waiter came over, grabbed my bottle, threw away the water, and returned the empty bottle to me. The next day, I moved to a hotel with better service. I will never go back to this restaurant, nor stay at this hotel!!!!

Ordered the K-pop pizza, which was supposed to be made with kimchi chicken. It had no kimchi taste at all and was pretty much unrelated to Korean food. One or more ingredients tasted stale, though the sauce did a good job of masking it to make the taste bearable. It would probably have been better to just call it a chicken pizza, which would have made it passable. Food took a really long time (26 minutes) to reach our table, despite there being only one other table of four people. Their only redeeming factor is their friendly, detailed, and attentive service staff.

Recently dined here for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious and tasty, especially the Chargrilled Geprek – one of the best I’ve tried. The seafood mee goreng could have been spicier, but that's based on personal preference. We were served throughout the meal by Nimesh, who was extremely attentive to detail, warm, and friendly, and generally made the dining experience a pleasant one. To our surprise, they also served us complimentary croissants from their afternoon tea menu and offered complimentary tea as well. The restaurant was spacious and comfortable, with peaceful jazz music in the background. Truly a wonderful experience, and we will come back soon!

Euphoric Gourmet for The Soul Jubilicious is a Halal-certified restaurant by Mr Teh Tarik Group. Recently, Jubilicious, in collaboration with Kapowww by Chef Mel Dean, has revolutionized its culinary creations. Chef Mel Dean is a celebrity chef and F&B entrepreneur renowned for his delicious creations ranging from Asian to Mediterranean, Western Classic, and Fusion dishes. Jubilicious represents Singaporean Cuisine in a modern context. Grilled Lemak Padi Tiger Prawns ($38, Signature Dish). Juicy and springy tiger prawns grilled to perfection. The charred aroma will be the first to catch your attention, followed by the well-marinated flesh filled with spicy turmeric sauce. Though it is an appetizer, I think it would also work well with a plate of white rice. Yummy. Moving to the main dishes. Asam Pedas Marina ($24.90). A delicious concoction of asam (sour) and pedas (spicy) with generous toppings of huge prawns, barramundi fish, and calamari. The pizza dough is crisp and crusty, and the cheese binds the dough and toppings nicely. A perfect example of a modern fusion of Italian cuisine with a uniquely local Malay twist. Mamak Tabla ($16.50). This is Jubilicious's unique creation of a burger. Flame-grilled beef patty smothered with bone steak sauce, tomato, and topped with a sunny-side-up egg. The beef patty has a nice char externally, while remaining juicy internally. The signature bone steak sauce is sweet and savoury, almost like a BBQ sauce with a local twist. A moist and delicious burger. Padang Pasta ($23.90). The al-dente pasta is cooked with Padang sauce, which is aromatic, spicy, creamy, and bold in flavour. The turmeric, chilli padi, galangal, and tamarind paste, together with the natural sweetness from the seafood, gave the dish that "OMPH" factor. The pasta is well infused with this delicious sauce; you won't stop twirling and scooping it into your mouth. Using Chef Mel Dean's signature expression, "KAPOWWW!!" Charkwaytong ($14.90, Signature Dish). Jubilicious's take on the Singapore fried carrot cake. The cubed carrot cake is replaced with lontong (rice cake). The smooth and silky egg covers the lontong nicely, along with the signature chilli paste and kecap manis (sweet soy sauce). The seafood elevates this dish to be more "atas." It is definitely unique but not to my taste. Nasi Goreng Sambal Sardine ($13.90, Signature Dish). Chef Mel Dean's signature family recipe. Imagine Korean Kimchi fried rice, but with sambal sardine instead of kimchi. The rice is plump and soaks up the flavour of the sambal sardine sauce. The sardines are fried separately to showcase their texture and are served with a fried egg, prawn crackers, and tomato salsa. It's the first time we've all tried this dish, and we all agree it's a definite comfort dish. With so much food, we managed to save some space for dessert. Liquid Gold ($18.90, Signature Dessert). Durian Royalty – Blended. Shaken. Stirred. Golden extracts of Mao Shan Wang; exquisite ice cream; crowned with 22-karat gold leaf. Think of it as a high-end Durian milkshake, topped with MSW Durian Pengat. It's a must-try for durian lovers. #Durianporn We also tried Chocolate Molten Lava Cake ($12.90). Lava cake with warm, gooey chocolate lava served with premium ice cream. A solid lava cake filled with thick, oozing chocolate lava. The strawberry ice cream complemented the chocolate cake nicely. Jubilicious is located on the 4th floor of Hotel Boss, the same floor as the swimming pool and herb eco-garden. With such scenery, dining in the fully air-conditioned restaurant will be therapeutic to the appetite, mind, and soul. Overall, the food at Jubilicious is nicely curated. While half of the dishes we tried are fusion and presented with modern plating, the identity of local flavours remains strong. My picks are Grilled Lemak Padi Tiger Prawns, Padang Pasta, Asam Pedas Marina Pizza, and Nasi Goreng Sardine. Of course, not to be missed is the luxurious Liquid Gold. Definitely a restaurant to try for Lunch, High Tea, and Dinner. Cheers!!

Really enjoyed my mum's birthday celebration yesterday! The atmosphere was very chill, but it was just a little bit hot inside. The Steak Ijo & Steak NZ were superb! However, the other three dishes I ordered – the Lemak Cili Pasta, Lontong, and Caesar Salad – were a 3/10. The lontong was bland and my dad didn't finish it. The pasta was also very bland, although my husband asked for an exchange and they were nice enough to do so! The Thai salad was soooooo good, guys! The beef was incredibly soft and the dressing on it was amazing! The Caesar dressing was overpowering and too much, so we couldn't finish it. I asked them to keep the cake for my mum, and they were nice enough to do so! After dinner, I lit the candle and the staff sang a birthday song for my mum. So sweet of them! Would definitely come here again!!!!
