Have ordered delivery from this branch for years, but have never visited the physical store. Standards have fluctuated greatly over the years, though the most recent order was a miss rather than a hit. The bread of the sandwich I ordered was soggy by the time it arrived. Other times, it would be well toasted and buttered. I will still order again as it seems to be the only branch nearby.

The spicy fish and spicy chicken combo was actually not bad. It was seasoned well and not overly spicy by Singaporean standards. The meat wasn't dry inside, and everything, including the fries, was crispy. It was a little warm in the restaurant, though. Overall, it was alright, and not particularly inexpensive for a quick meal.

I visited this outlet with my partner at 7:51 PM today. I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal, a Seojora drink, clam chowder with garlic bread, and paid at the cashier. The cashier, Kaenah, served us with an attitude and did not greet us as customers. When I asked Kaenah about a promotion for buying a 3-piece chicken meal (1-for-1), she mentioned she was unaware of it. She then called her manager, Fatiha. Although Fatiha understood my question, she only offered a different promotion they had. I came here for a peaceful dinner with my partner and wasn't expecting extra free food. However, the service from cashier Kaenah, who displayed a very bad attitude and poor customer service, was really unsatisfactory. I hope cashier Kaenah is sent for food and hygiene courses, as well as customer service training, because she did not know how to serve me and my partner as customers. This kind of service needs improvement, but sadly, it did not make our dinner enjoyable.

Long John Silver... a taste of my secondary school childhood... Was walking along when I saw this outlet and decided to get a bite. The stall is understaffed. The person taking orders is also the one packing for Panda and Grab deliveries, so be prepared to wait, especially during lunch and dinner times. My food was significantly over-fried. It was fried until it turned brown instead of the supposed golden brown. The fish, chicken, and crumbs were all over-fried. The coleslaw was also a bit disappointing. From the recently closed Bugis outlet, to Kallang Leisure, and now Tai Seng, I have never found the taste of Long John Silver that I had before. Now, the cooks or kitchen staff seem to be young with little to zero experience. They seem to think that just following the book, throwing food into the oil, cooking as many as possible, then selling is enough. They just throw it in, poke until the batter drops, then sell. Even when the food is not up to standard, they just serve it, as if they don't care. I know it's fast food, but not like this.

I’m a regular here, usually dining in about twice and often three times a week. At this branch, the service is impressively fast. However, this comes at the expense of freshness. The food is consistently cold (not even warm), whether you visit during peak hours, off-peak, weekdays, or Saturdays. The pollock fish is always cold, soggy, oily, and soft, clearly pre-cooked and left sitting. It’s disappointing considering how often I visit. I strongly suggest management sends a mystery diner to properly assess the quality being served.

Visited the fast food restaurant for a meal. It was during off-peak timing, so there were generally no crowds and many seats available. The staff recommended the cheese chips, and they were generous with the sauce. The ambience was great too, and the air conditioning was cooling. Overall, it was a great dining experience for a fast and enjoyable meal.

There are two self-ordering kiosks here, but there was a queue during lunchtime. It took quite a while to get the order ready, though. The food was generally okay. I ordered a cheesy creamy set. I couldn't recall which one, but it had fries, chicken, and fish. It has outdoor seats. It wasn't too hot at lunchtime. Outdoor but sheltered.

I'm seated, still dining as I write this. I just witnessed a spillage of soft drink by a customer at the front door. The staff member, Nathan, immediately and proactively attended to the situation by placing the 'caution wet floor' sign. He quickly checked on the customer and even offered him a new drink. I observed a lack of appreciation from the customer, who perhaps felt entitled to good service. However, as an eyewitness, I truly appreciate Nathan's act of excellent service – prompt, efficient, and thoughtful towards his customers.

Pretty good experience; the food came within 2 minutes of ordering and was piping hot. However, the fish was slightly overcooked and a tad too dark. They also didn't provide as much of the fried crispy batter bits on the side.
