Opening its doors in December 2020 at 27 Arab Street in the heart of Kampong Gelam, Milk Singapore brought a fresh twist to bubble tea culture by becoming Singapore's first Muslim-owned BBT store. This establishment distinguishes itself through unique flavours that draw inspiration from local favourites, creating drinks that resonate with Singaporean tastes while offering the chewy tapioca pearls that define bubble tea.

The menu showcases creative combinations like Chendol Royale at .80, featuring green chendol jellies, red bean, brown sugar, and coconut milk that transforms a traditional dessert into drinkable form. Their Ice Kacang Bubble Tea brings another classic local treat into the BBT format, while Brown Sugar Milk Brulee at offers richness and caramel notes. Beyond beverages, Milk serves crispy, fluffy honeycomb waffles including stick waffles dubbed "One-ffle" in flavours like Marshymallow and Milo Dinosaur, providing the perfect accompaniment to their drinks.

Operating Monday through Wednesday from noon to 9pm, with extended hours until 11pm on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and until midnight on Fridays, the cafe caters to afternoon tea crowds and evening hangs. The Arab Street location places it squarely in a vibrant area popular with young urbanites, tourists, and locals exploring the Kampong Gelam district.

While not holding formal MUIS halal certification, the Muslim-owned establishment follows halal principles in its operations, providing Muslim customers with bubble tea options in a setting aligned with their values.
