Ministry of Burgers distinguished itself as Singapore's first Ramly concept store with official halal certification, bringing the beloved Malaysian street burger style to a permanent establishment. The restaurant operated at locations including E!Hub @ Downtown East in Pasir Ris and previously at White Sands Shopping Centre until November 2019.

The Ramly-style preparation sets Ministry of Burgers apart from typical Western burger joints. Ramly patties – whether veggie, chicken, beef, or fish – are cooked and wrapped separately with a fried egg before being placed on the bun, creating the distinctively messy, flavourful experience that has made Ramly burgers iconic across Malaysia and Singapore. This technique produces juicier burgers with the egg adding richness and binding ingredients together.

Ministry of Burgers claimed invention of Biryani Fries, their signature side dish that combines crispy fries with aromatic biryani spices and seasonings. This creative fusion demonstrates the willingness to experiment while maintaining halal standards and catering to local taste preferences.

However, reports suggest Ministry of Burgers may have ceased operations. While it operated, the restaurant filled a niche for Ramly-style burgers in a proper dining setting with certified halal credentials.
