O'Braim began as a family venture in 2008 when Mr Ibrahim Alias and his wife Mdm Farhanah Amir opened a stall at Sedap Kopitiam in Pasir Ris West Plaza. The business gained recognition for their banana fritters, prompting their three children to form O'Braim in 2016 to expand the brand's presence across Singapore through pop-up events, night markets and Ramadhan Bazaars, bringing their popular snacks to wider audiences.

Today, O'Braim operates multiple permanent locations including Pasir Ris West Plaza at 735 Pasir Ris Street 72, Our Tampines Hub at 1 Tampines Walk, and Bedok North at Block 537. The establishments serve as Malay food courts offering dishes priced under 0, making them accessible everyday dining options. Operating hours typically run from 8am to 9pm daily, catering to breakfast through dinner crowds. The menu showcases Malay cuisine with the banana fritters remaining a signature item that built the family's reputation.
