Okra by SWG brings Norwegian-inspired seafood platters and fusion cuisine to Singapore, operating from a distinctive bright blue shophouse at 10 Jalan Pisang. Incorporated in April 2017, this family-run halal establishment represents an extension of SWG, a larger event planning organisation, and started as a central kitchen focusing primarily on delivery and takeout services.

The restaurant specialises in combining traditional Malay flavours with Western dishes, creating a unique fusion dining experience that includes shellout platters, laksa, pasta, steaks, and seafood. Beyond food, Okra by SWG has built a reputation for their diverse beverage menu featuring mocktails, custom shakes, specialty coffees, teas, and non-alcoholic bottled beers. Their most popular drinks include the fizzy Flying Cauldron ButterScotch Beer, the eight-dollar Lychee Mojito, and the nine-dollar Aurora Sunrise.

The business has since relocated to Northview Bizhub along Yishun Industrial Street 1, expanding their operations while maintaining their halal certification and commitment to quality fusion cuisine.
