The food quality at this specific outlet is subpar. I have often experienced several instances, especially on weekday mornings, where I received cold nuggets and other fried items. These were consumed immediately upon order. Besides the service, this outlet probably needs a refresh of its look as well.

Perhaps it was my fault for not checking properly, but I paid $4.30 for my food ($2 for bee hoon and $2.30 for squid). I gave the staff $10 and she gave me this useless money with some coins. I shouldn't have trusted her and should have checked, but really? Giving me lesser change is one thing, but giving me unusable $2 coins??? This was at 8 am on July 3rd. The staff was an old lady.

Although their operating hours are until 9pm, they stop entertaining customers at 8:45pm. The staff said she needed time to count the money for accounting purposes. When I finally purchased the curry puff two days ago, it was really tiny and no longer value for money. If this is from the central kitchen, it shows that the standard has dropped tremendously, and the management is only interested in making more profits with fewer ingredients.

I always buy from this shop, but this morning when I went there, an aunty was taking my order. I mentioned 'prawn stick', and she confirmed which one I wanted in a rude way. Obviously, there's only one type of prawn stick. The other is a prawn nugget. If you're so unwilling and unhappy to work there, then just don't work rather than providing bad service.

Visited this outlet countless times. But this time, there was this Chinese aunty who was straight up rude. I was there to pick up my Grab order, which the machine had yet to print. Then she started saying loudly, "What order? Haven't printed out. How I take? Cannot take. Don't want to print out, how I take?" Mind you, I was just patiently waiting. I didn't have any intention of rushing her. The previous aunties were so much nicer and would ask customers to hold on for a bit.
