Today, 8/2/24 at 11 am, I bought one chicken wing and one spring roll and paid with $50.00. I was short-changed $5.00. I went back to the counter to inform the auntie about the short-change. I had not completely stepped out of the store yet. However, the auntie's attitude was so terrible. I was the only customer at that time, and she was talking to her colleagues while cashing. Not a word of thanks, no receipt, and she still blamed me for not checking, even though I had only just stepped out of the store. She finally said, 'Ok, ok, give you back the $5.00.' This really sucked to begin my day.

I usually buy from West Mall, but since it closed, I had to get from the MRT station OCK instead. Unfortunately, one of the staff here was rude and unhelpful, and their attitude really ruined my day. It's a shame because I've always had a good experience elsewhere.

Passed by this shop today to try the sardine puff, which is my favourite. I haven't tried other items from their branch.
The sardine filling is pretty good, and the pastry isn't too hard.
Staff are so friendly, all the aunties serve with a smile visible in their eyes (as they still need to wear masks) and their tone of voice is sweet. They know how to make you feel at home.
Too bad I was quite full, so I only bought the sardine puff.
Will patronise their Bukit Batok MRT branch when I'm around there.
Keep up the friendly service.

Today I went to the store and asked for one “chunky chicken pop” and the lady with glasses and tatto
Today I went to the store and asked for one "Chunky Chicken Pop". The lady with glasses and tattoos who worked there squeezed cheese sauce into it WITHOUT asking or telling me beforehand. I didn't notice it then, paid, and walked away. About 3-4 steps out of the door, I realized there was cheese on my chicken, so I went back to tell her about it. The same lady, with glasses and tattoos (and also a bad attitude), said, "Why didn't you tell me earlier??" I told her I didn't know the chunky chicken pops came with cheese. She pointed to the chicken pop sign and said, "There got say cheese what." Urm, auntie, let me ask you, which part of "Chunky Chicken Pops" did you get cheese from? I know "chunky" and "chicken" both start with C, but like, bro, I think you're hallucinating. She carried on trying to defend herself, saying stuff like, "You went out with the chicken for a long time already, I cannot exchange it for you." Okay, at this point, broski was trying too hard to chase me away. Madam, I walked away for less than 10 seconds, and you're telling me I've been out of the store for a long time? But you know what, it's okay, I forgive you because you already have that bad of an attitude, I wouldn't wish upon anyone else. So, have a nice day.
