Affordable but average western food. I ordered the Pasta w/ Baked Fish ($7.50) and was told to choose 2 more sides. Suddenly, it was $8.50 at the cashier, with them saying I ordered an extra item when it was the staff who told me I needed to choose 2 more. As it was my first time here, I naturally assumed it was part of my order. I felt a bit scammed. It was a small issue since it was only $1 and already scooped, but my experience here was affected. Food-wise, it was so-so. Everything was room temperature, as if it had been left out for some time; nothing was warm. - Baked fish: This was actually not bad and seasoned well. The portion was good too. - Sauce (garlic cream): An interesting sauce, you can really taste the garlic. - Corn: Just regular butter corn. - Scrambled eggs: Not bad, really creamy. - Aglio olio pasta: I'm a pasta lover, but this just didn't make the cut for me. Cold, rather bland pasta. I would not order this again. Overall, average food with less than average service!

Each meal costs about $7.50. The quantity was decent. However, the chicken cutlet I ordered was cold and not crispy; they probably batch cook it and leave it out for a while. I'm guessing the grilled items might taste better. Personally, it's not my ideal Western meal as I prefer it fresh off the fryer rather than fast but cold.

Reached at 1:30 PM and most sides were sold out. The food was very average. I didn't like the coleslaw as it was quite bland with the white sauce. The chicken chop was dry on its own. I personally chose to have it without sauce, though there are options of brown sauce or garlic cream sauce.

Delicious affordable western & nasi padang place in CBD 😋 They are VERY generous with their portion

Delicious and affordable Western and Nasi Padang place in the CBD! They are VERY generous with their portions! The best thing is you can choose any sides you want for the Western dishes. (My favourite is the mashed potato, it's very soft). Price: Less than $10!! Definitely worth it! Do support them as it's not easy finding affordable halal food in the CBD! :) I'm a regular!!

For the price, this western food is pretty good. They cook in batches, but since the turnover is really fast, the food is warm when you pick it up and are served. There aren't many selections for sides if you arrive around 12:45 PM. We ate in as the crowd moves fast, and there will eventually be a table. Not ideal for groups larger than 4.

Had the chicken chop with coleslaw and rice. Nothing fancy, it was average. Will probably try other dishes too. Refer to the photo to understand how prices have increased compared to 4 years ago (photos from other reviews). Update - I am a regular visitor now. My favourite dish is the baked fish with potato salad and rice/corn.

Overall decent value for western food in Shenton Way. Usually $6-8 for a meal with meat, main, and vegetables. Drinks are an additional top-up. Had the pasta with grilled chicken, which was fine for the price. The queue wasn't extreme, and there's an eating area nearby. Compared to other stalls, it's relatively easier to get seated.

Good western food and value for money. The sitting area is small and might be cramped during the lunch hour rush. You may also have difficulties getting a seat if you're in a party of more than two people.
