Tried their "best seller" Biscoff, and it was totally not what I expected. It tasted like coffee! The Matcha tasted bitter-sweet. What disappointed me was that the staff told me it wasn't bitter at all and was sweet. The Malay staff who served us was pushy and tried to change our minds while we were ordering. She shouldn't be controlling customers' thoughts and should have given us space to think. We told her we wanted the big roll of 4 pieces, but while we were choosing the flavour, she spontaneously said, "2 boxes, eh?" which we found very hard-selling. This is my first and last time.

Tried the pecan flavor, really soft and fluffy. The nuts were crunchy and the cream cheese was well balanced with the sweetness of the roll. Nice! Not forgetting to mention, the service was great. There isn't a sitting area, only shared standing tables near the front of the eateries at Tampines 1.

The cinnamon roll here is absolutely delicious! Every roll I tried was bursting with flavor and baked to perfection. Highly recommend!
