The prawn cake was delicious, but the tom yum was way too sour. I've had tom yum soup at the Bedok Mall branch before, and it wasn't this sour. The omelette had a lot of raw bean sprouts underneath, and the smell was overpowering everything. The beef boat noodle also had a lot of bean sprouts and wasn't very fragrant. The red ruby was decent, but the chendol had mushy noodles. The service was great though, with nice and friendly staff.

Not the most authentic Thai food. They do offer the option of less spicy, which means the food will taste sweet. I thought less spicy meant using less chilli 🤷‍♂️. The restaurant was busy during lunch time as it was a public holiday, however, I think the crew managed well during the chaotic and less-than-ideal situation.

Ordered pineapple fried rice, mango salad, fish cake, and chicken wings. The food was yummy, except the oil used to fry the chicken wings needs to be changed regularly. You can taste that the oil is bad.

We ordered fried basil chicken and mango sticky rice for the first round, hoping to order more later. A few chicken pieces weren’t cooked well, but we still ate them. Everything was fine until we found a hair strand in the mango sticky rice. We kindly showed it to the waitress, and she replaced the dish. The worst part is they didn’t even seem to feel bad about it and just acted like it was normal, not even an apology. I mean… I’m definitely not going to visit again. You all can if you want to eat hair off your food.

I recently visited Sanook Kitchen at Lot One and was quite disappointed. Food: The taste of the food was okay; it wasn’t bad, but it didn’t blow me away either. Service: Additionally, the service was lacking. The staff seemed inattentive, which detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, they served the wrong order, which was quite frustrating. We ordered à la carte green curry chicken, but they served us the set and just left the green curry chicken without saying anything and refused to change it. The staff didn’t seem very attentive during the process. Then, another staff came; she told us the order was wrong and promised to add chicken for us, but ended up saying the order was correct. Eventually, there were very few chicken pieces, like 3-4 small cuts inside, just for the à la carte price! This is ridiculous! Pricing: The prices are quite high for what you get, and the portions were surprisingly small. I expected more value for my money. Overall, I can't recommend trying this restaurant. There are better options out there for a more satisfying dining experience.

Recommended for Thai food lovers. The taste is authentic and similar to what I've experienced dining in Thailand before. Parking can sometimes be a bit difficult, so it's recommended to use public transport. Other than that, the service from the crew is good. Thank you for your professionalism.

A delightful experience! The well-prepared, tasty dishes were served promptly. The place was quite empty but filled up quickly over lunchtime. This wasn't my first visit, so I knew what I wanted to order.
