Seri Satay operates from a stall at Eunos Crescent Market and Food Centre, serving authentic halal satay to the eastern neighbourhoods of Singapore. As a Muslim-owned establishment, the stall maintains strict halal standards while delivering the smoky, charred flavours that make satay one of Singapore's most beloved street foods.
The satay at Seri Satay follows traditional preparation methods, with meats carefully marinated in a blend of spices before being skewered and grilled over an open charcoal flame. This technique imparts the characteristic smoky aroma and caramelised edges that satay enthusiasts crave. The meats are grilled to perfection, achieving tender, juicy interiors while developing a flavourful char on the exterior.
Each order comes with the essential accompaniments: cubed rice cakes, fresh cucumber and onion, and the signature creamy peanut sauce that balances sweet, savoury and spicy notes. The peanut sauce is thick and rich, clinging to each piece of meat and providing the perfect counterpoint to the smoky grilled flavours.
The hawker centre setting provides a casual, authentic environment for enjoying this quintessential Singaporean dish. For residents in Eunos and surrounding areas seeking quality halal satay without the need to travel to traditional satay streets, Seri Satay offers a convenient neighbourhood option that delivers on both authenticity and flavour.

I visited twice, once on a Saturday night and again on a Monday night. Unfortunately, they were closed both times, so I never got to try their satay. Could someone please check and update their opening hours on Google?

On 26/08/2024, I went here for dinner with friends. We placed our order around 7pm, for a total of 30 pieces of satay. There was a long wait, but it was understandable.
As my friends and I were almost finished eating, one of my friends found a cockroach in the satay sauce, mixed in with it. I went to inform the aunty (probably the shop owner) about this. She came back to our table with another bowl of satay sauce. I wondered if it was from the same pot, as it was already contaminated. What's worse, the aunty just laughed it off as if it wasn't a serious matter. There was no compensation or anything offered. The uncle at the next table even commented that if it were other people, it would have become an argument. So, my friends and I just left, finding the entire experience disgusting.
I will not be returning to eat here. It's truly sad to find a cockroach in the satay sauce after finishing our meal; it's just disgusting.

Came and bought before looking at reviews. The chicken and beef satay were both beautifully tender. I usually go for the safe option with satay and only get the chicken, but I found myself loving the beef more. I was really amazed. The mee soto was also comforting and damn good.
No regrets.
Sidenote: I highly recommend eating it immediately after it's served while it's hot. The meat will dry up and get tougher as it cools, but it's still good and still tender.

Surprisingly good satay! The beef rivaled the chicken and the mutton for once was tender as well.

Though this stall is not (yet) famous but its satay is one of the best that I have eaten.

The gravy is a little watery, but it doesn't affect the taste. I was hoping for a thicker sauce. Feel free to come and try.
