I came here to enjoy this place for the first time with my loved ones but was unfortunately met with horrible service from the lady server named Joy. Not only was she dismissive upon hearing that we were first-timers here, but she did not provide the warm and courteous service as compared to the other servers. When we asked for a top-up of our regular meat, she shut down our request and said that we couldn't finish our food. Fine. We asked for fish paste instead since she refused to let us order our meat. We waited, but it did not come. Afterwards, a male server kindly tended to us and asked if we needed any top-ups. We asked for the fish paste. Joy came back and slammed the fish paste plate on our table. We did not do anything to her. All we said to her when she asked was, 'Yes, this is our first time here.' That moment, her attitude towards us changed. Halfway through the meal, we lost our appetite and wanted to leave ASAP. We did not enjoy our food. I have never experienced this kind of treatment in any place in SG. The food wasn't even that good, and it was pricey. Kindly educate your staff, Joy, on how to treat customers properly. Do not police others on what to order or not. Extremely disappointed. We will never visit here again. Please come at your own discretion, as Joy might treat you like trash.
