Expensive satay, indeed. Set E, which was $22 for 5 prawns? Wow, that's $4.4 per stick. Okay, that's really expensive. Overall, taste-wise it was okay, slightly above average. It's a touristy place, so such prices are expected. By the way, I'm a local, which is why I rarely come here.

Ordered the classic 10 pc chicken & beef satay, all cooked to perfection. However, the peanut sauce did not satisfy my Indonesian palate. The sauce was a little too sweet for my taste, and I wished it was saltier and spicier. The lontong portion was also a bit small compared to the onion & cucumber relish. Overall, it was a great experience due to the workers being friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this to those wanting to eat satay for the very first time.

Amazing service and the food was 10/10! I recommend the tahu bergedil; the dipping sauce was spicy and shiok! The satay was also very tender and flavourful. This is my favourite stall at Makansutra and I am never disappointed :) The makcik and uncle were also very nice and friendly.

Really enjoyed this outdoor hawker centre. It had great views and a nice atmosphere. The satay was fantastic and great value. We came on a Saturday night and experienced about a 30-minute wait from ordering to receiving our food.
