Came around 2+ pm today. Only three tables were occupied, including mine. The ambience is good. Service-wise, nothing memorable. I ordered the chicken leg of beauty. The chicken thigh, which is supposed to be the juiciest part of the chicken, was still too dry. It's very different compared to what you get at coffeeshops. I was disappointed with it and didn't even get to enjoy my favorite food. I feel like the chicken had just come out of the microwave, hence the dryness and toughness of the meat. Please look into this, as yours is a restaurant and the price is also different from coffeeshops, so there shouldn't be any excuse for the quality you're serving. Even the butter garlic clams tasted weird.

Can you imagine, this food cost me 20 dollars. They gave us a buzzer, and we had to go back and forth to the counter three times to collect all our food. This was despite staff just standing there using their phones. I highly DO NOT recommend visiting this store anymore!

Pretty disappointing... Outlet to outlet standards differ. This particular one wasn't good.
The food looked great, but unfortunately, we won't be returning again, except perhaps for the crispy chicken chop.
The air-conditioned seating inside was quite smelly to us, so we sat outside instead, which had a nice atmosphere.

⭐ Crispy Skin Chicken Chop
Chicken chop was great with crispy skin, but the chicken itself was too flat. It would be better if it was a bigger portion or thicker.
⭐ Half Spring Chicken with Aglio Olio
- Not al dente, overcooked.
- The aglio olio was more oily but lacked garlic taste.
⭐ Hawaiian Pizza
Wasn't spectacular. Mediocre. Not the thinnest pizza as proclaimed. The bread dough was nicer than the filling itself.

First and definitely my last time ordering the grilled fish and grilled chicken salad here. The dressing used for both dishes is identical – this sweet, yellow, gooey glob that is supposed to be mayonnaise, or was it Caesar dressing?! What on earth was that?
Just about everything served here is sweetish, including the chicken bolognese and truffle carbonara pasta. The food quality and standard are similar to what you'd find at last century's western hawker stalls. Even some hawkers take more pride in what they serve. Low-quality fare at "affordable" prices is not value for money. To a large extent, this is overpriced, and I'm paying mostly for the ambience.
The ones that are truly good value for money would be Collin's and Buddy Hoagies' fare; good quality and authentic Western food at affordable prices.

There's an indoor section but it's very warm and stuffy. Service staff are really nice and friendly.
There's an indoor section, but it's very warm and stuffy. The service staff are really nice and friendly. Food-wise, my black coffee was tasteless. The truffle mushroom also lacked much flavour. The prawn laksa was more delicious, but the spaghetti used was soft and not al dente. The fried chicken was quite flavourful, though.

Ordered their 3pcs fried chicken set and the chicken chop (bullet pepper sauce selected) aglio olio
Ordered their 3pcs fried chicken set and the chicken chop (bullet pepper sauce selected) aglio olio for a total of around $25. The fried chickens were not oily, and the meat was slightly tender but not very juicy. It could have been better if they were juicier inside. The chicken chop was better, grilled nicely with crispy skin and meat that wasn't too dry. The pasta had a nice texture and a good kick of spiciness. Everything is self-service; you have to collect your meals, condiments, and cutlery, but they clear your plates when you leave. It's a decent meal located right beside a park with free parking. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. Great to see their food handlers all wearing masks, maintaining good hygiene.

A great place for fried chicken, fries, coleslaw, flavored rice, and pasta. We also enjoyed the healthier grilled chicken. Beef, mixed grill, and fish options are available too. The coconut bandung and onion blossom were nice, depending on personal taste. The former was a bit too rich for me to finish.
I like to rotate between pasta, rice, and pasta as my carb choices when I come here. It never gets tiresome.
Service is basic and can be a bit confusing when the food arrives separately. You need to keep track and ensure you collect everything you've ordered.
I enjoy the walk at Riverside Park after my meal, and the free parking is a plus.

The restaurant is by the park and its exterior is well decorated with lighting and fans. If you prefer air-conditioning, sitting inside is just as cosy with full glass windows looking out to the park. I must say I really like the fried chicken here; it's more accustomed to local tastes, with a thin batter and nicely seasoned chicken. The other sides are nice too, and the staff here are friendly. It's a pleasant dining experience. :)

You have to arrive early if you want to dine here as they do not take reservations. We got there before 6pm on a Sunday and had to wait 30 minutes for a table to become available.
Despite the long wait, the food was ready within 15 minutes of ordering. Everything here is self-service, so just walk over to the collection counter.
The price is acceptable, and the food quality and portion sizes are good too. As the restaurant is halal and under the Tenderbest branding, there are plenty of chicken items on the menu. The ambience of the place is not bad, being located within the park.
