Ordered an Iced Soy Chai Latte, and the first one that came out tasted like water. It was utterly disgusting. I noticed they filled the cup with ice, like a mountain. I sent it back and requested a new one. The replacement came out even worse than the first. It tasted like soy milk with no hint of chai at all. I told them they could have the drink for themselves. The lady at the counter was nice about it and offered for me to pick a new drink, but I rejected.

The coffee was okay. However, the Chinese staff member wearing a black shirt and spectacles was very rude. They rudely informed me about the one-hour dining limit only after I had made payment, while I observed others sitting there without even ordering. The place also has poor ventilation, with a strong, greasy food smell. If your staff dislikes taking orders, perhaps consider investing in a self-order kiosk?

Only one poor girl on duty who had to take orders and make them too! Waited over 30 minutes for my coffee. Can't blame her, she was lovely, but I guess her boss really sucks for not putting another person on duty.

Service quality is inconsistent, often having to wait a long time for food. People who ordered before me and my friend received their food first. However, sometimes the servers are really nice and serve food quickly, though other times they don't even use the buzzer to signal if our food is ready.
Good for a regular breakfast near home, but if a better option opened up close by, I wouldn't hesitate to go there instead.

One of the best places to chill when you're tired from walking around. The drinks and cakes are pretty standard. The reason for deducting one star was because they had a sign saying "please wait to be seated," but we waited for quite a few minutes and were ignored, with nobody there to usher us in. Anyway, after a few minutes, I just went in myself, lol.
Perhaps the sign can be removed if it's no longer required.

We had drinks here. Even when there weren't many people, the service was a bit lagging, but they really fill your glass up to the brim. Nice refreshing watermelon lychee and peach with jelly drink. Good cup of cappuccino too. Quite a number of seats, topped up with a nice ambience.

On Sunday afternoon, I enjoyed the customer service provided by Sarah Poh, Asyraf & William. They were friendly, helpful, and assisted with my inquiries. I had an enjoyable tea time in this outlet.
I love the cosy corner and the awesome, helpful staff. I also love these cute desserts in a mug. I prefer the chocolate over the mango mousse as it reminds me of Ferrero Rocher.
This is one of the best Christmas promos where I get to keep the cup! Super love it!

Great coffee! However, I think the All-Day Breakfast could be better, as the waffle was served cool. The pizza tasted better and was larger than I expected, not bad!

The cheesecake slaps as usual (it's the best cheesecake ever, by the way), but the chocolate mint cake is too dry! The watermelon lychee tastes like Boost's Watermelon Crush.
