Waited for 15 minutes to purchase because I saw the sign stating they would be right back. I assumed the staff was on a toilet break. However, I waited for so long that I eventually gave up. Perhaps you could consider writing down the exact time the staff will return from their break, like 'back at 6:30 PM' :( I ate at the Haji Lane branch and loved it, but unfortunately, I didn't get to purchase anything this time.

The items here are baked at the main store and then delivered, rather than being freshly baked on-site. As a result, the delightful aroma of butter that you’d expect from a bakery is noticeably absent. In fact, most of the buttery scent in the area seems to be coming from the nearby Gokoku Bakery, rather than from the French American Bakery itself.
