Victory Restaurant stands as one of Singapore's oldest Indian Muslim eateries, serving traditional cuisine since 1910 from its historic location at 701 North Bridge Road in Arab Street, directly across from the famous Sultan Mosque. For over a century, this family-run establishment has specialized in authentic murtabak and biryani, earning its place as a pioneer in popularizing these beloved dishes in Singapore.

The restaurant's claim to fame rests on their Special Singapore Murtabak, prepared using a family recipe passed down through generations. This stuffed flatbread features fillings of beef, mutton, or chicken, seasoned with the family's secret spice blend and served with two gravy sides and cucumber.
