The brand's re-entry into Singapore marked a significant investment in the local fast-food market, with the first revived outlet opening at the iconic Lau Pa Sat Festival Market in December 2009. At its peak, Wendy's operated 11 outlets across Singapore by 2012, including locations at Far East Plaza, Parkway Parade, and Jurong Point, serving their signature square beef patties and fresh ingredients to local customers. The chain's commitment to quality ingredients and their famous "fresh, never frozen" beef philosophy resonated with Singaporean consumers who appreciated the brand's differentiation from other fast-food competitors.

During its operational years in Singapore, Wendy's menu featured their classic American offerings adapted for local tastes, including the Dave's Single burger, the bacon-loaded Baconator, spicy chicken burger combos, and their signature skin-on fries.
