Perfect mandi, run by a wonderful chef. Notice how the lamb is fall-off-the-bone tender and comes off cleanly from the bone! The soup is well-balanced with a nice tangy hit. Biting into the meat feels like biting into soup as the rice and lamb shank were cooked in the lamb shank broth. The basmati rice was well-separated yet light and fluffy, delivering on flavour, quality, and volume. To be honest, it's the best mandi rice I've had in Singapore, especially compared to the popularised mandi dishes sold at the bazaars. $14.90 is a steal for this flavour, quality, and size. The store was the cleanest I had seen, and the owner/chef was really friendly! Might be the next big name in F&B.

Very delicious food! I got the chicken mandi plate with rice and salad ($8.90), and you get all kinds of flavours. You've got the marinated chicken with the rice, and also that yogurt sauce drizzled on it that adds a tinge of sweetness. There's also a side sauce dip that really elevates the flavours.

My recent dining experience at Two Guys at Seah Imm Food Centre was an intriguing blend of flavors and cultures. I opted for their chicken burger with fries and the Hawawshi chicken, and while the food was above average, there were some interesting twists to the dishes. One notable aspect was the substitution of some chicken meat with lamb, perhaps due to the dinner rush. This unexpected addition added depth to the flavors and showcased the chef's creativity. The service was commendable, with the person in charge being friendly and remarkably customer-oriented. Despite my assumption that they were from Turkey, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they hailed from Egypt, adding an authentic touch to the dining experience. However, a minor downside was the cleanliness of the utensils; some were stained and not as pristine as one would hope for. It would be advisable for the establishment to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of their utensils and trays to enhance the overall dining experience. Despite this small issue, I look forward to returning to Two Guys to explore more of their menu offerings. It's a gem worth visiting for those seeking a unique culinary adventure.

Read an 8days article about this stall, Two Guys, and decided to give it a try for my own personal food review.
Ordered Lamb Shank with Mandi Rice + Soup (SGD$14.90). Yes, it is pricey for a hawker setting but worth trying! The lamb meat is surprisingly soft; once I cut a part of it, everything just fell apart haha. (Yes, their cutlery is plastic disposable, so if the meat were too hard, it would be difficult to cut through lol). There was no gamy taste either. It's good, but I'm not a keen fan of lamb meat. The soup reminds me of beef brisket soup, with a similar taste. It's not too salty but perhaps a bit oily(?).
Chicken Kebab with Rice (SGD$8.90). A really big portion of meat haha! The cream sauce surprisingly pairs super well with the chicken that I wanted more of the sauce. It's not too sweet or sour... something I can't quite describe lol. The rice is flavorful too.
The chili sauce is not spicy, to my surprise, and is more like a salsa sauce.
Pretty much a big portion for two people, so it's good value for money for big eaters, probably.
Yes, this is a one-man show managing this shop, but serving food is quite fast nonetheless. (But please also be patient when it takes longer than expected to prepare).

Absolutely a great place to visit for Middle Eastern food at very reasonable prices. I just discovered this place by chance and found the owner to be a very pleasant person, serving great quality food. I understand they don't use any oil and cook the meat using its own juices at low heat, which enhances the flavour and taste.
Their lamb shank is only $14.90, and the owner mentioned they pay less rental, hence passing the benefit to the customers.
I will return to dine in or take away again. Try it yourself if you are in the vicinity.
They also take catering orders.
