Permata at Gedung Kuning (ends 31 August)
Permata is the MUIS-certified Nusantara restaurant inside Gedung Kuning, 73 Sultan Gate, Kampong Glam. The SG61 1-for-1 lunch and dinner buffet has been running since 1 July and stops on 31 August.
Official prices before the 1-for-1: lunch $88++ and dinner $108++ for adults. That works out to about $44++ / $54++ a head. No credit card is required. Kids have their own rates. The spread is 50-plus local and Nusantara dishes.
Lunch: 12pm–2.30pm daily. Dinner: 6pm–9.30pm, Monday–Friday and Sunday (check Saturday before you go). Weekend slots go early.

Holiday Inn Atrium — Nyonya Meets The World (till 9 September)
Atrium Restaurant at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium (317 Outram Road, Level 4) is fully MUIS-certified and has a prayer room about a minute away. The current theme is Nyonya Meets The World, from 27 July to 9 September 2026.
The hotel lists 1-for-1 for all adult diners. Listed prices before discount: weekday lunch $99++, weekday dinner $119++, weekend lunch $109++, weekend dinner $129++. Odd-numbered groups can get 50% off with DBS/POSB, Citibank or UOB. There is also 55% off for groups of five adults on weekday dinner, subject to seats.
Chef highlights include ayam buah keluak, Nyonya beef cheek rendang, ikan masak lemak, and bamboo lobster. Lunch 12pm–2.30pm. Dinner 6pm–9.30pm. Nearest MRT: Havelock.

Sederhana Singapore — the first local outlet of Indonesia's Sederhana nasi padang chain — is at 738 North Bridge Road, the old Warong Nasi Pariaman address. It is Muslim-owned (Straits Times, June 2026). Rendang, ayam pop, gulai tunjang. Daytime hours only.
